This is my guidelines in choosing a job, think of the word LEARNING. The first thing I look on a potential company is, if it can offer me knowledge, and I can be assured for a career growth. Next factor is…  erase the first letter in the word LEARNING… its EARNING, hehehe! No need to elaborate I guess.  Once you’re IN, you have to adapt yourself in your workplace and gain as much friends, cause this is a big factor that you’ll enjoy where you at and continue to stay.
