PalamiG
It was last Sunday, Father’s day that I found another sample of Filipino ingenuity. It was already 11pm that we decided to go home from the long hours of strolling at Mall of Asia. We felt hungry so we planned to stop and buy something on the Tapsihan on our way. As we ordered our food, I felt thirsty that I decided to buy a “palamig/samalamig”. I was really laughing when the vendor handed me down my order. I felt this sudden rush to go home and have a picture be taken on this “bonggang palamig”.
Have u seen something like this? The plastic for the drink had a handle. The handle is like a colored plactic nylon which I remember as the one used to make bracelets when I was in highschool.*LOL* You also need not worry if the plastic can hold the handle since the plastic seems really makapal naman. There is also a big yellow straw which we usually see when we buy those pearl shakes in Zagu. Cost of the palamig? P10.00, worth it? I think it is based on the laughters it caused me.
