Next factor is… erase the first letter in the word LEARNING… its EARNING, hehehe! No need to elaborate I guess. Once you’re IN, you have to adapt yourself in your workplace and gain as much friends, cause this is a big factor that you’ll enjoy where you at and continue to stay.
